GENERAL CONDITIONS RELAX TRAVEL & VILLA S.L.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance within a maximum of 5 calendar days after booking. For bank transfers, you must indicate the name and booking number. The bank details can be found on the booking confirmation. The remaining payments must be transferred no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of credit card payments, you will see when the payment will be charged in the booking confirmation.
Any booking made without the confirmation deposit will remain "pre-booked" and may be changed by the company to "confirmed" depending on availability.
DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
For all accommodation, a cash deposit of 400,00 € for a house or 250,00 € for a flat will be required. On departure, if the house is in good condition, the deposit will be returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, we will proceed as follows:
- If the cancellation is made up to 60 days prior to arrival, a handling fee of 150,00€ will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 31 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental price will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the rental price will be charged.
There will be no refund in case of early departure.
CORPORATE CHANGES
If the accommodation cannot be occupied for unforeseen reasons for which the company is not responsible, the client may be provided with other accommodation with the same or better characteristics without compensation to either party.
ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
Electricity is included in the total price of the booking with the following limitation:
- If it is a house, the consumption included will be 20 KW/day.
- If it is a flat, the included consumption will be 10 KW/day.
Any extra KW will be charged at 0,45 €.
PETS
Pets up to 10 kg are allowed. Dangerous breeds are not allowed. A cleaning fee of 35,00 € will be charged. A declaration of responsibility document for the pet must be filled in.
COTS AND BABY SEATS
If required, 30,00 € for the rental of the cot and 30,00 € for the rental of the baby seat.
