A credit card deposit of € 600.00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.

This villa in a sunny location in Calpe has a heated pool and therefore guarantees you a pleasant stay with swimming fun even in the months from autumn to spring!
The tastefully furnished house with a living area of 160m2 offers two separate floors with a total capacity for 8 persons and a beautiful view of the garden, the pool terrace and from the upper floor a distant view of the village and the landmark of Calpe, the Peñon de Ifach.
When booking for a maximum of 4 people, you can choose whether you prefer the flat on the ground floor or on the upper floor. In this case, one of the flats remains closed so that the outside area can be used completely privately.

Traumhaft schöne und großzügige Villa mit Pool und toll bepflanzten Garten, wunderschönem Panorama-Ausblick auf das Meer und die Skyline der Stadt sowie den Peñón de Ifach. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Sehr gut und komplett ausgestattete Ferienunterkunft. Auch das Bett war perfekt. Alles sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert! Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Vielen lieben Dank!
