This villa in a sunny location in Calpe has a heated pool and therefore guarantees you a pleasant stay with swimming fun even in the months from autumn to spring!
The tastefully furnished house with a living area of 160m2 offers two separate floors with a total capacity for 8 persons and a beautiful view of the garden, the pool terrace and from the upper floor a distant view of the village and the landmark of Calpe, the Peñon de Ifach.
The ground floor flat has a nice covered terrace, a dining room with equipped kitchenette, a living room with sofa bed which can be closed with a sliding door and thus be used as a bedroom, a large bedroom with office space and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor offers a glazed terrace with dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen.
